In 2013 we won a great taste gold award for our caramels and in 2016 we have been delighted to win an Academy of Chocolate bronze award for our delicious truffles.
Our salted caramels are made by hand everyday in our West Didsbury chocolaterie. Our own secret recipe salted caramel is encased in 70% Ecudorian chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder.
Our caramels come in boxes of 9, 16 or 25 and our gorgeous velvet touch, blue and copper boxes made the perfect gift for any occassion
We also have now developed our luxurious truffle collection to include a vegan salted caramel truffle, made with plant based ingredients and also gluten free!
Our salted caramel truffles are made with French butter, dark brown sugar, glucose, double cream and Cornish sea salt, 70% Ecuadorian dark chocolate, cocoa powder
Our Vegan salted caramel truffles are made with Soya cream, Cornish sea salt, glucose, golden caster sugar, sunflower butter substitute, 70% Ecuadorian dark chocolate, cocoa powder
